“72” – Our first build sponsored by HERO Moto Corp, a flat track based on XPulse 200.

HERO wanted something special to be displayed in EICMA 2018 and TNT Motorcycles was called upon for the job. We prepared over 50 renders just to reach that one final design (you can check them out here) . The brief was to prepare 5 different category of renders – Café racer, Scrambler, Cruiser, Neo/Naked Sports and Flat Tracker. Flat Tracker was shortlisted and a brand new Xpulse 200 arrived at the workshop (prior to its official launch!!!).

The front end was upgraded to upside down suspension with a taper milled aluminium top t plate and bash plate. The front facia rests on milled aluminium trellis frame with no front brakes for flat tracking. The chassis was goose necked in the front in order to reach the desired ergonomics. The exhaust was swept up and now channels beneath the side panels. An Integrated tail, super flat saddle and hand-crafted fuel tank (following same lines as xpulse) makes this xpulse perfect for flat tracking. Super proud to have worked this project with HERO, our work being displayed and appreciated @ EICMA2018.
