Custom Motorcycle Parts and DIY Bolt-On Kits:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom Motorcycles:

• Orders for custom motorcycles are processed based on the specific customization requirements and the agreed timeline during the ordering process.
• You will receive regular updates on the progress of your custom motorcycle and an estimated delivery date upon completion.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
• Expedited shipping options are available and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

• We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination and can take up to 14 business days or more.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Custom Duties and Taxes

International Orders:

• TNT Motorcycles is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• TNT Motorcycles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address

• Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. TNT Motorcycles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Custom Motorcycle Orders

• Delivery of custom motorcycles will be coordinated directly with the customer. Shipping arrangements, including any special handling or transportation requirements, will be discussed and agreed upon during the order process.
• Customers will receive regular updates on the status of their custom motorcycle and a final delivery schedule upon completion.
